My only complaint was that once we got to Vegas, we waited on hold for 15 minutes trying to get information on how to get picked up at the airport. Once we spoke to someone, everything else was great,
We continue to rent from your company due to proximity to airport, however we are never wow'd with your customer service or cleanliness of vans. If this develops positively in the near future, we will grow our business relationship with State Van Rental and rent more often and more vehicles.

I had bad experience with payment. The full coverage of their insurance was expensive with $1000.00 deductable. We traveled 5 miles away from border of Arizona since the hotel was cheaper than in Page Arizona without realizing it's under UTAH already and we we're charge by Miles because we went over the allowed states for unlimited.
Good price for the quality.
