This is my first time with this company. But I was impressed. The guy picking us up at the airport was very nice. It was easy and quick for picking up and drop off the car. Every time I called customer service on the phone , they always picked up the phone quick and helped us out very nice and patience. We really like the service and the car. We are for sure to recommend to our family and friends.

Van was good. There was at least 5 air freshener's in the van and it was overwhelming. The staff was nice but it was very hard to get copies of my credit card release form when your in a rental home with no printer and they tell you to find a ups store or similar to print out and fax. That was a pain!!!
I have 2 pending charges. They processed the charge twice. 1 for $250 and another for $373.96. If I did not have enough funds in my account other charges would have been decline or left me with out funds to use.
Both vans were excellent!
I requested a van with GPS. I did not receive a van with GPS. I was not informed at any time of the downgrade. The van was also infested with ants. The ants were crawling out of the air vents. The carpet in the back of the van had Cheetos crumbs which might have contributed to the ant issue.

I confirmed my van rental with a great rate and was told it was an error. However, the owner finally redeemed what I was confirmed. Great business ethics!!
Mario and Carol are so courteous that I felt so bad because I got lost during picking up and dropping off the van. This is a small business company but you get more service than other major car rental companies can offer. They even took us to the airport after we dropped off our van!! : )
