My AC went out and it took them about 3 hours to call me back just to tell me they had no vans available.

The staff was amazing other than not following up with me to switch to a better van(van was old and run down). When I complained they offered me 10 percent off of my next rental which won’t be happening! Vegas as extremely hot and the at did not work properly! The van was old and not comfortable! While driving it seems not be be running in the conditions and need to be serviced!

The car has close 100,000 miles, old and has some odor. I expected better car. Also, AC was not working that good going to Arizona. The staff however was very nice especially ms Rosa.

Rosa was great on the phone and in person when I dropped off the rental. For the last three yearly rentals in July, all the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Everything went well. Except for the fact after I picked up the van, my husband was driving behind me and noticed the tail light was out. So it was a bit of an inconvenience for me to drive all the way back to LAX to get this fixed. I was told AutoZone can replace this in state van would reimburse me, but unfortunately they could not. That was a big downfall so I wasted a whole day, although they gave us a $50 credit probably should’ve credited us the whole day as we spent most the day in traf
