Great experience, trustful, smooth pick up and return procedures. We definitely recommend it.
Most bad mannered Personnel/owners i have ever met anywhere i travelled in the world . Total disgrace for my country and the tourist bussiness generally . Gave them my credit card upon arrival , they couldnt manage to make the charge , called me within the hour , bad manners asked me to go over their shop and when i got there , he just tutored me ''not to ever give unsupported Credit cards '' . You never ARGUE with a customer especially when it your fault for not having a POS upon arrival. NOGO
No issues, would rent again
We asked through the Santorini holiday cars website a baby seat and when we received the car they told us they didn't have any available. They were very rude and they even said we didn't make a reservation for baby seat although I showed them the booking email that confirmed it. Also they didn't have the car waiting outside the airport but we had to walk with our heavy luggage and our baby about 10 minutes. I would never ever recomend this car rental to anyone.
When we are coming back, we will definitely rent our car again there! :)
