We had a fiat panda that was working fine despite over 100 000 Kms. The only things were first that it was not possible to lock the car and second that the car was provided with petrol level of 1/4 while a rented car is usually provided with a full tank. We gave it back with a level of 1/2. The difference between 1/2 and 1/4 is roughly 17 euros and we never get that money back.

It's very hard to return a vehicle with an empty petrol tank , so hence you end up losing money by leaving petrol in the tank approx 10 euros!

This is a terrible company. They insisted on taking payment for the booking months in advance. The car supplied was an old heap, with air conditioning and central locking not working. Not the car promised. They could not find the pick up location. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Santorini holiday cars did not bother to show up for the reservation. When my hotel called, they claimed to be stuck in traffic. After 45 minutes the hotel called them again and they claimed they were at the hotel. They were not. Claimed they got the wrong hotel information, but I had written proof they had the correct information. Said it would be another 25 minutes. We cancelled the reservation. Extremely unprofessional

Car was rather old (73.500 km) and the A/C (quite basic in summer) was noisy and not properly working (btw I know this vehicle - Huyndai I-10- as I rent it regularly and it the A/C is more than OK when functioning in order). The fuel available was well below 1/4 in the fuel tank but the staff said it was 1/4 when he gave me the keys; so we had a little -but polite- dispute over this matter after I returned the vehicle, He asked for (an additional) Euro 10 but we finally agreed on Euros 5.

we booked a cabrio peugeot, however they gave us another car which wasn't cabrio. if you say something or similar, it should be in a similar category...not something different at all. I was very unhappy, I would never book with this company, even not recommend them to anyone else.
