Nice and honest people gd cars
i rented a smart automatic car. i called them. and they said that the smart automatic will be there for me. when i was there they told me that they gave this car to someone else. they gave me a fiat non automatic car. and they asked the same price for a cheaper car. after me complaint they charged me 8 euros less.... totaly unprofesional. i am disapointed.
A little worried about leaving the keys In an unlocked car when we dropped it off but other than that everything was fine.
Great rental overall, helpful that you could drop off/pick up at the hotel.
The aircondition wasn't working. Thank God there were no warm days.

The belt of the car was doing a noise every time we started the car. I suppose it need to be changed.
The model wasn't very new. No problem with that but we found at the same price a newer model of the car more luxurius & cleaner.

I paid for a 4 doors fiat cabrio, trunck for 3 suitcases and air-conditioning. On their website they say: bran new cars.
I got a really old 2 doors smart car. It didn't even have air conditioning.
The only good thing was the gas policy and how nice they were with us after we drop off the car. The employees felt really bad about it and the owner disappeared, being the employees the ones taking care of us and getting all the shit
Claimed we damaged car.. damage there was pre existing... when the car was dropped off the guy was in a rush and said he had other appointments. Our fault as we should have insisted he note the pre existing damage (dents etc) with us. Communication after they drew money from our credit card without informing us has been difficult and frustrating. I requested a photo of the dent they said we were responsible for as would anyone and a before shot... they refuse to give us a before shot.
Everything was really satisfactory I will repit again
On nous attendait avec une pancarte à la sortie de l'aéroport, très appréciable, contrat fait rapidement, pas de surprise sur le prix aucune option rajoutée de dernière minute comme d'autres compagnies. Restitution très simple, il fallait juste laisser la voiture sur le parking avec les clés dessus, on est vraiment dans un sentiment de confiance et de professionnalisme. Super du début à la fin.
