Requested a Fiat 500 cc and received a Smart car which was badly scratched and dented everywhere, the engine was weak and it had the worst automatic transmission gearbox that I've ever driven. But the service was friendly!

Absolute disaster. Despite us calling to confirm the day before, they did not have a car for us and did not tell us until our hotel called to check what had happened ONE HOUR AFTER THEY WERE DUE TO DELIVER THE CAR TO US. Our day was then completely ruined. We will never deal with this company again and will tell all our freinds and colleagues to avoid these absolute amateurs.

The worst car I have ever rented. With a lot of hits and scratches, more than 70.000 km and in an overall very bad condition. All these at a price very similar to what Santorini car rental agencies offer for the days. If I have not booked in advance and if I could have found another car at the time of my arrival I CERTAINLY would have opted to go for the other car. Never choose or use this agency again.

It was good even if at our arrival the baby seat was wrong and the man of staff was not able to fix it in the car and we must wait a new one loosing our paura time. The morning we were leaving somebody phoned me to tell me if i drop off the car with 5 minutes delay i should pay another day.. absurd. The car was very old

It was an old car with 143.000 km on the tacho. Many issues with electric and above all problems with the flywheel. The staff was impolite and tried to convince me that after 35 years driving experience and thousands kilometers all over the world can not drive the same car I own. So to make my holiday easier I rent a second car from another agency! Such a company must not exist. Normally them must give me my money back. Absolute unprofessional. An old car in bad total contition with many problem
