the worst rental agency we have ever seen. there was no one at the delivery of the vehicle. The tank was empty, below the zero level of the gauge. the car was rotten, no water in the radiator, no oil in the engine. We broke down and we had to get angry so that we could come and help us out. We were promised another car for the next day, but no one came. We had to go to the agency and get angry for a replacement vehicle. to summarize: no professionalism, liars and the limit of the scam. to avo

The staff were very unhelpful, I was not given a recipept of payment or the necessary paperwork at pick up and had to chase them for it. The car in question had a dent and our friends car had a defective clutch. The child car seat was not secured properly and I had to do this myself also. I got the feeling the staff were not interested in sorting out queries or problems.

We didn’t get the car we were quoted for - we were quoted for a 4 seater Peugeot Cabrio 108 and received a 2 seater smart car. This led me to believe we over paid. When we arrived onsite there were hidden fees of 10 euros per day extra for insurance. I wish these fees were provided up front. Returning the car was difficult because the lot was full. It would have been nice if there was a designated return parking area.

The rental agency didn't came to the airport, the car booked in advance was not available. I waited more than an hour and they told me to see another car company with rates twice higher. Would definitely not recommend this company.
