i rented a smart automatic car. i called them. and they said that the smart automatic will be there for me. when i was there they told me that they gave this car to someone else. they gave me a fiat non automatic car. and they asked the same price for a cheaper car. after me complaint they charged me 8 euros less.... totaly unprofesional. i am disapointed.

The aircondition wasn't working. Thank God there were no warm days. The car was scratched. The belt of the car was doing a noise every time we started the car. I suppose it need to be changed. The model wasn't very new. No problem with that but we found at the same price a newer model of the car more luxurius & cleaner. Also they sent me an email at 7:10am to confirm the reservation at the same day I arrived. I was at the port that hour and I couldn't check the emails.They could call on mobi

I paid for a 4 doors fiat cabrio, trunck for 3 suitcases and air-conditioning. On their website they say: bran new cars. I got a really old 2 doors smart car. It didn't even have air conditioning. The only good thing was the gas policy and how nice they were with us after we drop off the car. The employees felt really bad about it and the owner disappeared, being the employees the ones taking care of us and getting all the shit
