The renter was not expecting us at the hote as said in the email. The car was not close what we requested. The car was in terrible condition. The tank was in reserve and we lost money with the gas. I will never more rent anything with you guys!!!

The guy who delivered the car at santotini airport was helpful and aproximately on time. The car wasn't the best car ever " a nissan micra" with some weird noises coming out from its motor , but it went all the way. Value for money

Shocked at the condition of the car. Dents all over and the rear fender was cracked. Staff said take photos of the damages to "protect yourself" against claims. Every car I hired anywhere in the world a joint inspection of the car is done and I sign off on it. Fuel gauge showed 3 bars of petrol left. Staff said just return it with 3 bars but "I don't know how you are going to achieve that". The engine fault light on dashboard remained on throughout the duration of rental.

The staff was very helpful and serious. The car was not very new, a little bit worn but ok for short trips. Also a great advantage was the free parking place situated nearby the agency.

The service was fine. The only problema was that the truk of the car did not open. The company knew about this issue, but they did not solve it before we pickup the car. The solution to this problema was to go to their office next day, but we had to lose part of the day changing the car, because it was 30 minutes away from our hotel, and we were not sure they had other available car, as it was high season. The rest was fine, the car was clean, and the rest wrked properly.

Everything was great. The one complaint I have is that they did not come to the dock when the boat arrived but stayed at a restaurant nearby where their "office" was. There was no sign indicating their company name. It took me some time to find them. But once I did everything went very well.
