Everything good with pick up/drop off but the car was in terrible condition. Engine made weard noises, lights not working, engine light blinking plus the gas tank was empty so was stressed till we found a gas station. That was by far the worst car I have ever driven.

Jeep reserved online not available, we were offered a smaller car at SAME rate. Gentleman offered to drop insurance fee, when not needed. Got into car, realized dent & damaged bumper, so we approached representative, who laughed it off & acknowledged it was not a good car. Wouldn't go into 3rd gear, very noisy. I called. Man suggested I don't know how to drive manual. I own a standard car in Canada. I'm a woman. Suggesting I can't drive is bogus. Man met me to switch cars. Gas empty. Jerk!

The car i made a reservation for wasnt available on the the reservation date/time. The extra damage waivor i'd paid for didn't cover the car we got on the first day.
