They were fast, the car was great, unlimited mileage was awesome. Underage fee is far less than any other company. Cars are very reliable. And they gave me a free upgrade because it was my birthday. Awesome friendly staff. And great cars for cruising around cali.
15 min wait to pick up the car. No water on the Krups coffee maker -
All in all a good experience, I do believe they need more vans to pick up and drop off though. You see the bigger companies like Avis and Budget always driving around picking up people, with this company you need to wait a bit longer and small vans means it takes longer to get around.......

I had never heard of Midway went I rented from them but the experience was great! Better than the big name rental agencies.
I did a one way rental, Burbank to LAX. The drop-off fee charged was high, making my rental more expensive that I think it should have been.
