I wish we had been able to extend our rental over the phone (at the same rate we got it for, for more than one day)!
I was a little anxious about renting from a smaller company, as in the past, with other companies, we had pretty awful experiences. This time was the complete opposite. We wanted a full-size car and got a brand new Toyota Camry with only 1800 miles. We did not have to wait in line upon picking up or dropping off--everything went so smoothly. We also received a military discount!
I have rented from Midway numerous times from both the LAX and Burbank offices. Always quick with the pick up paperwork, and return is very quick and efficient. I was upgraded on this rental and enjoyed the mid-size car and features. I will definitely be renting from Midway in the future, as they are usually 1/4-1/2 (as in this rental) less than their competitors.
