My first time renting in my life it was pretty good. Even though I reserved for compact vehicle, the car was not available so an employee in the Midway upgraded to 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible for extra $10/day. It was good experience. I would use this place again.
The rental went smoothly and we were upgraded for free.
The car I rented had a malfunction so I was given a DOWN graded cheaper car, but I was still charged the same price for the more expensive vehicle??
I've rented from midway before and service has improved and I'm happy about it!
