The Customer Service rep was efficient and polite, but a second representative was needed at the Burbank desk. The gentleman in from of me had some sort of problem with his credit card and I had to wait while it was sorted out. Other than that, everything was really good.
After hours drop off was at Park and Ride. I didn't know until after I rented the vehicle that I would have to pay an additional $8.00 to drop the car off early. The Park and Ride employees were extremely rude. I waited over 30 minutes for a van and when a van did show up it was full. The driver made me sit in the far back of the van where the luggage goes. I wouldn't rent from Midway again or recommend your company because of the drop off procedures at Park and Ride.
Good rental
First time renting with Midway. Gina took great care of me, and the entire experience was fantastic!!! Based on this most positive experience, I will be renting from Midway again and will put my clients into your car rentals. Thanks!!!
The only thing I could say to improve Midway would be to be open longer as I rushed from my flight to get there before it closed.
Very clean and great amenities in car for economy elvel (touch-screen radio system and back-up camera).
