The cons for me were not being able to pick out which car you want and waiting 50min for joe's airport shuttle, when being picked up from LAX. They said they have shuttles every 15min but that is false, and they need to fix that problem.

Staff was awesome- explained insurance options patiently, and upgraded my vehicle after a minor wait. I was met with a super friendly guy who helped me with my bags when I dropped off my car in the wee hours of he morning, and I will definitely use Midway again when I visit home in California.

Everything was great, cars, services etc. The only thing the staff should ask or give more information about insurances.
I have my own one but I did not know I can use it during the renting so I was charged.
I did not rent from Midway. I cancelled my reservations because of a different travel date.

I was very satisfied with the Toyota SUV I rented. My only dissatisfaction was with the $600 additional deposit ($952 total held on my credit card) that was taken out on my credit card when the total rental price was only $283. That is absolutely ridiculous.
Although we had a slight hiccup getting picked up by the shuttle at LAX, the staff was very helpful and bumped us up to a nicer car for the inconvenience. We appreciated this greatly.
