Our experience was great
Sort of on a consistent basis the windows are not clean ... especially inside grim on the front window. This is a hazard in early morning rentals - at least in the direction I drive.
Everything went as smoothly as could be expected. Glad I rented through Midway because it was a hassle-free experience.

Great car rental company. Every time we have rented through a bigger car rental agency we have not been very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service. I actually changed my reservation the day before arriving after reading the reviews for Midway on Yelp. So glad I did. We received a brand new car (that didn't smell to boot) and service was outstanding. We will be using Midway from now on every time we are in the area. Thank you!

Great Experience, would definitely rent again. No line at the check in counter and the car was nicer than the one I rented.
Staff was great when picking the car up in San Diego. Very friendly and efficient. Great rates, easy process, easy return to LAX. Would recommend Midway and would use them again.
