It's nice that you offer a military discount. However, we had a 2016 car (Toyota) that was pretty low quality - seats not automatic, cheap interior, etc. Overall, it was fine.
Everything was satisfactory.
Once again, I was pleased with the service and the staff. Very nice very knowledgeable and friendly. I have referred 2 of my clients and they both have rented from the company over the last few weeks. Keep up the great work... Sam & TJ are awesome... Two Thumbs Up
Midway somehow neglected to mention that they had no shuttle service from LAX with their name on it, so I waited 30 minutes for their shuttle, watching all the others go by. Then I called to find out they didn't have their own shuttle, but relied on Joe's Shuttle, and then I waited another 20 minutes for this one.
Then one of the women at the counter gave me the wrong driving directions to get to the main road I wanted to get to LA, sending me south from the airport instead of north. Incompete
I was extremely satisfied with Midway, I will certainly rent again.
Service from pick-up to drop-off was seamless. Friendly, courteous service at the front desk. Timely response regarding a flat tire on the 2nd day. Would use Midway on any trip through LAX.

I Waited quite a while for the shuttle and when I called the office to let them know I also asked to get the paperwork done while i was waiting as they said there was no line but when I finally arrived, nothing was prepared. Also, I had a bit of a wait for the shuttle leaving as well.

The only problem I had was returning the car at LAX - it was a little tricky to find the return area and the sign could have been larger and lighted.
I usually have great service from the Noho location.
