Wish it had been clearer that Midway uses a third-party shuttle service that picks up at a different spot than most of the national rental car agencies. Plus in the time I waited for a Joe's shuttle, 2-3 shuttles from other companies came by. On return to airport, shuttle service was much more prompt.
Car was in great shape mechanically, but interior had seen some tough renters and had stains and cigarette burns.
Fantastic customer service
Our category of car was not available so we received a free upgrade to a brand new 2016 Camry - we liked our car very much and the drop-off service was excellent as well!

Loved you guys! When I got back to Oregon called to book for December and was told she would call me back. Never got the call. I will call back today though.
Agent who helped me was very friendly and fast at her job. Made it easy. Great experience as always. Only thing was the car I got had stains on all the seats, which was fine, but didn't look very nice.
