I have rented from Midway a couple times-in Burbank, CA and Los Angelos, CA. I have had great service every time. They are helpful, courteous, attentive, etc. I had highly recommend Midway over the other rental companies.
Easy to pick up and drop off. Good car. Got what was promised. Car seats were stained before we got the car. That was the only negative comment.

My experience was quite good.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Have experienced first hand the car rental nightmare at LAX in the past from other companies. Long waits, car booked not available and such. Once exiting the airport Joe's shuttle arrived within a few minutes. When arriving at Midway we were 3rd in line and within 20 mins were driving off in a new, only 516 miles, Toyota Corolla. Dropped the car off at 3am 3 days later & that was a breeze. Joe's shuttle promptly took us to LAX. $109 for 3 days-a deal!
