Great car, great deal, and best customer service I ever received from a car rental company.
Previous renter had scratched up bumpers on the car. Should have been provided with a car that was not previously damaged.
James guided us though the process. Sent a video and photos of documented damage giving more peace of mind
We had to wait a little longer than expected for the bus to pick us up from LAX. We saw numerous other companies drive by 3 or 4 times before the MCar van showed up. Other than that we have no complaints.
Excellent Overall. Will be a repeat customer and definitely recommend to others.
