Anthony the shuttle Driver was excellent! I was the only one in the shuttle and he engaged in conversation throughout our time to the office! The gentleman that checked me in was very accommodating in changing my rental length of time because I had to leave a day early for a funeral.
Waited 30 mins for shuttle
I rent from Midway on a frequent basis. This is the only time I have something to complain about. I used my credit card, but some reason everything went to my bank card and caused a complete disaster. Now my account is -$300

The car I reserved was not available so I had to pay more. My initial rate should have been honored otherwise great experience
Our only dissatisfaction was that there wasn't any employee at the car return location to check us in upon our arrival which was within 5 minutes of our estimated time to return the car. We had to wait a 5-10 minutes for someone to show up to check our returned vehicle in. This would be a real problem for a customer on a tight timeline for catching their flight.

When I read reviews of care rentals, something that made a big difference was that MCar's airport shuttle service was known to be reliable. I found this to be true, and that was very important to me. The employees at the rental/return area had good customer service. The one thing I would say is that I was a little confused in terms of where to return the rental at first, so maybe a graphic of a map in your brochure would be helpful.
