I have coming LA with my daughter for her acting gigs for few years now. I have rented cars from several place, but MCar (Midway before) is the ONLY place I get my car rental from. All staff are fantastic to me & my daughter-- friendly, courteous, extra helpful.... The Rental Rate, of course, are best too....

First time rental experience was very good. Process was not as convenient as Hertz Gold but personnel were fantastic. A little tricky on the return to your temporary facility; should've much nicer once construction is complete. Thank you

Vehicle had 20,000+ miles and was a little bit tired in that regard. Also, the back-up assist camera did not have an audible alarm as the vehicle got close.
Interior of the vehicle was very dirty.
The car had only a quarter tank of gas when we got it which meant we had to fill up soon and pay higher gasoline prices because we did not have a choice in traffic to wait. 3.69 a gallon. We returned the car with 3/4 a tank of gas because it was difficult to gauge rather than just returning on full. All my instructions indicated there would not be an attendant when I returned the vehicle. He was pleasant but could not provide a receipt. I called later to ensure he was legit. Very stressful
