There were features on the car that I discovered after rental, some of which I never understood, that could be better explained.
The only complain is the facility charge. I thing that is unnecessary

I've been renting from Mid Way for a while now and this last time I was not pleased one of the attendant said he smelled smoke but the other didn't ( which he should not have because I don't smoke) so my refund was taken, this isn't the 1st time . I think I will go to another rental place and not here anymore. Thanks
