The shuttle was quick; the interior clear and beautiful. My driver was very pleasant and funny. The pickup process was a bit rocky because the pickup time was earlier than the requested return time and would cost significantly to change, but I made the adjustment to my schedule. My drop-off /return experience was impeccable as always and I was even helped with my bags to the shuttle. This was my second time renting from Midway / MCar while visiting LA and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Everyone was very helpful. The car was delivered to our hotel on time and the car return was very convenient.
Service was great
Current construction at the lot made things a bit difficult (especially for hauling luggage around). A bit confusing on return because I was told that I would need to return keys to Joe's Parking (at 4:30 am), but then there was an agent in the parking lot who said I should leave the keys with him.
I have been very satisfied with my MCAR experiences in 2016!
