My only comment would be in returning my vehicle. I followed the written directions provided in my packet that outlined return procedures due to construction. However, that changed due to an issue with the gate and there was not any signage identifying the new return entrance. I called the MCar office an received the correct entry information.
This is minor compared to the excellent services I've received each and every time!
Came to LAX during the Christmas rush but we were in and out very quickly. Our rental was very clean and the customer service was second to none. We will be renting from you again.
The wait to check in was about 25 minutes, way too long, there should be more help for when there is more than one person trying to check in and pick up their car rental.
The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The car was in good condition and was clean.
I'd rent from MCar again. The prices was better than the competitors and the service was satisfactory.
