There was a little mix up with he pick up, but it was fixed to my satisfaction. Great company, very friendly employees and the car was clean and in good shape. They went overboard with the air freshener and I had to drive with my windows open for the first two days :). I will use them again.
Good, except the exact same car I rented the week previously was $10 more, and the car REEKED of cigarette smoke.
Front desk wasn't great. Didn't ask about insurance or check to see if I needed a second person the car. The people that were in the car area were great, organized and helpful. The construction made everything more confusing and it would help if there are more signs.
You can't beat the price!
Arriving at a busy airport like LAX it was nice to have the shuttle arrive promptly. Only 3 people in line with 2 check outs. Car was great, staff was courteous and helpful. Full kudos, I would not hesitate to use MCAR again.
A refreshing change to the usual rental from one of the big names. The vehicle was clean and mechanically sound. The whole rental process was good. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Very happy, I had a flat tire, they exchanged the vehicle in less than 15 min. Many thanks! Hertz, Avis or any of the other large agency's wouldn't have been able to accomplish this.
