I have used Midway twice now after using a larger chain car rental agency for over 3 years. I couldn't believe the difference. The staff is so helpful and kind. The cars are better quality and the rates the same or better. I wish I had switched years ago. For those who travel for work like me and rent cars weekly, I would strongly encourage you to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Never rented. Went to location. When I arrived I was informed there were no cars available. Check back later in the day. I walked 20 minutes to get to the rental office. Crap operation. Would never go back even if I had a hotel concierge make the arrangements.

Little overboard on the baby powder car fresheners, they were everywhere in the car. Maybe trying to cover up something? Don't know but way to much... otherwise everything else was good. All employees very courteous and friendly. Will definitely consider using again when flying in to Burbank.
