Other than the wait time to be picked up at airport (20 minutes). Frustrating to see other car rental shuttles come and go.
Smooth and efficient
We rent from Midway (MCAR) every time we fly into LAX, which is once or twice every year and enjoy the service very much. This time was not as convenient because of the construction going on there - mainly the return area was not that well marked. But, other than that it was a good experience. Thanks!

M Car is the only agency I will use. Helpful, friendly staff. No pressure sales pitch on extra insurance. Great LAX location. If you're not using M Car LAX, you should be !
I compared MCAR's rates from Bob Hope Airport, Burbank, including Costco, which offers competitive rates, and MCAR was the least expensive. It was just as easy to rent from them as with other popular rental agencies. I hope to rent from MCAR again soon. Great customer service and nice agents and staff.
I have been renting from MCAR/Midway for about four years now, and I don't plan on switching anytime soon. They are always helpful and prompt. I recommend them to everyone.
