Overall it was great. I especially liked it allowed beyond business hour returns. I would definitely rent from here again.
It took a while to get picked up, but once I got to mcar I was waited on immediately. The car I drive had a little odd smell, but otherwise was efficient for my needs.
I waited at least 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and then waited another 20 minutes for the car to be ready. Not acceptable.
I expected more, given the reviews I read online. We had to wait for quite a while when we picked up the vehicle, everything else was excellent.
We always rent from MCAR when we fly to LA area due to always finding a agreeable price and good service, we will continue to do so as long as this stays true,
15 minute wait for shuttle. Quick rental line. Waited in the garage for the car about 10 minutes. Return was quick but signs are small and took an extra lap around the block to find the garage. Cost was lower than other rental agencies.
I appreciate that they don't charge you when you book the car.
