Great company easy process
I was charades erroneously for a full tank of gas. I was told that the Camary had a 18.5 gallon tank. At 2.79 a gallon ( the amount I was quoted) the cost would be $51.62 to bring it back empty. Well, the car has a 14 gallon tank and at $2.79 a gallon, the cost should hacve been $39.06.
Due to the short rental, it was nice to get a slightly larger car than what I reserved. I especially like your check-in process in jointly documenting existing condition of the car by using an iPad.
I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends and family that are considering a rental agency when traveling to the San Diego area. The service was fast, efficient and very friendly.
