I've rented many cars from many different airports around the country. This rental was definitely in my top 3
Pick-up drop off experience wasn't optimal--vans for other agencies appeared 2-3 times before MCAR (although wait wasn't too long--about 15 minute). Return van had to leave us on the lower level and and it was a little difficult to find a way upstairs.
Zero complaints.
I've rented with MCar a couple times before and they are great to work with. The only downside is the time waiting for the shuttle to arrive. I've watched buses for several different rental places go by 2 or 3 times before MCar shows up again. You're better off to take the Joe's Parking Shuttle if you rent from LAX.
Great experience. No hassle on up-selling insurance or other products after I initially declined. We were also given a free upgrade to a larger vehicle with similar gas mileage that made our trip much more enjoyable.
I loved the convertible mustang so much that I went and looked at Ford mustangs. Great car, a little pricey for a week rental but great car.

Rental experience was great. Had to wait a little while to be picked up by shuttle and location is under construction which made things a little confusing but overall still great.
