When picking up the car in the garage, the service employee was not as helpful as prior rental experiences from Midway/Mcar. This is mainly in regards to the car inspection for dings (seemed to spend more time prior walking through to see if anything was wrong with the car vs. a quick 360 degrees ipad video) -- prior method gave me more comfort even though in my case there was nothing wrong with the car. Also instructions to get out and return car were very rushed through.
