MCar was great! The staff was friendly and the car was a new Toyota Corolla. I returned the car one day early and they adjusted the fee with no issues. I haven't found a better under 25 fee than with MCar. I've rented twice and both times were stellar.
Poor directions from office to car location and no signage.
Everything was great. The waiting time, the staff, they even took me to the airport using the returned car because I had big luggage with me. The only "to improve" I have is regarding the Dodge Journey itself because the USB port was not strong enough to charge my phone, which doesn't happen in a Rav-4 for example (also rented there in another date).
My rental experience was satisfactory.
Even though we were late for pick up, the staff did not have our rental car ready which caused us to wait 15-20 minutes for our rental vehicle.
I was finalizing trip details the night before flying out of town and realized the rental car company had booked with had awful reviews and many accounts of people being hustled. I canceled the reservation and booked through MCar, who had similar prices. They didn't have increased prices for last-minute booking and the service was extremely helpful. The car was just what I needed and was well kept.

Everything was good except having to wait outside terminal for an hour before rental transport actually stopped.
