Pick up area was not explained properly
The availability and different choices for vehicles here is awesome. Excellent customer service, great prices, i will definately be back
Got an awesome car that barely had any miles on it and was a breeze to drive. The car was ready for me when I got there and drop off was super easy too. They have a 1 hour grace period when dropping the car off which is awesome because I got stuck in traffic on the way to return it and got there a little late. Overall a great renatl experience.
Hopped to get something better than ordered, but got the ordered car.

The shuttle pick up was a bit confusing because the name MCAR was not displayed on the shuttle and the pick-up spot is under "Hotel Shuttles". The latter was explained on the website but there really should be some sort of identification on the shuttle (placard in the window maybe?).
The associate left the booth just as we were walking up. He didn't say anything to us, so we waited for a few minutes before he came back. I'm being nitpicky because other than that, it was a really great experience. Quick and easy and a good price.
Need to keep up with the maintenance of the car!!
