I didn't realize the M1 pick up van no longer existed so I missed a couple of the Joes vans that went by. Called in and then they told me. There should have been a sticker on the van or something similar. Guy on the van said the same thing. Passengers are looking at the names on the vans. I was also waiting in the car pick up area not the hotel pick up. So once this hick up is addressed then everything at the M1 should be running perfectly. Love the place. Thanks !

This is my second rental, from the free pick up and drop off at LAX, to the lady at the front counter to the guys giving you the car to the great rates, I would recommend these guys to anyone, Top notch service, a great car for a great price. I like everything about M-Car and am a loyal customer - EXCEPT, the van service from the airport has gotten REALLY BAD!!! I use M-Car at LAX pretty frequently, and on my last three trips the pickup time has been HORRIBLE. I waited almost 30 minutes the previous trip, and this trip I waited almost 40 min! I had to call twice. Every other car company had vans go by many many times while I waited. I would like to remain a loyal customer, but this is a real problem.
Overall good experience. The car I was given wasn't exactly what was quoted online but worked out well no complaints
