Every process went through smoothly and fast. Even though there is a construction, direction were given carefully and clearly. Great job.

We had a great experience with MCar. The shuttle took us to their parking garage to and from the airport in LA. We waited a bit to get into the car, but nothing to bad. We were put into a nice Toyota Corolla that saved a bunch of gas. We forgot our daughters booster seat behind and when I got to Oregon I called MCar. The gal that answered the phone was super helpful and worked with me on getting the booster seat back to me. Over all it was a good experience and will rent with them again.

Was very smooth from start to finish. With all the bad reviews on Yelp of all the other car rental places, I was nervous. But MCar was so easy and hassle free. Would use this company again.
This rental process was much easier than I thought. I'd heard of long lines and extra charges but this was quite the opposite. The wait was short, all employees were courteous and the car was better than I expected. It also took minutes to return. I would definitely use this business again.

The service at the pick up was very brief and lacked personality. The lady asked if I rented from them before and became very business like and just passed the paperwork over with no small talk. The drop off was simple and they even had a luggage cart to assist us to the shuttle location. The shuttle is very convenient and with 2 options of shuttles it is easy to grab one quickly. I look forward to using them when the construction is completed as it makes it a little more difficult.
Car was clean and new. Staff was helpful and courteous. Proximity was great as well. Better instructions on pick up location at LAX would have been helpful in the website.
