Proximity to airport, ease of hiring and depositing the car back without any hassles makes the entire experience a memorable one. Value for money and would definitely like to hire car again from M car.

The pickup location has changed so it is farther to walk at LAX. On my last rental, I needed a smaller car than what I'd reserved and because I was a returning customer, the desk agent honored the quoted rate even though the rate was higher for the car I needed. This is the only car company I rent from when I fly to LA. Great service, super quick on car pickup and return. Very professional. No wait. It is the least stressful part of my trip - period.

MCar is great - I always rent with them, and I know that I'll get great service and won't get ripped off. They are friendly, thorough, and upstanding. Can't wait until the construction is finished and their facilities match their quality.
They literally robbed me. They gave me 3/4 tank and told me to return it the same. I didn't calculate exactly and returned it close to full. I understood I would not be reimbursed, but I was not expecting to see an extra surcharge for gas on my receipt. So basically, they gave me a 3/4 full tank, got a nearly full tank in return, and then charged me, at outrageous prices as if they had given me a full tank. I contacted them and they said they'd look into it and call me. But they didn't. Crooks.
