I rent all the time, but on this one occasion I had a situation with the car. I felt stuck and when I contacted the office, I didn't get a positive or logical solution. I went with a decision that made me safe on the road and when I got back to the San Diego location I spoke to Gina and everything was wonderful! Gina was great!
The staff and the rental process was and always is smooth. I love it now that the office downtown is open later. Very convenient for me to jump on the trolley. Location is wonderful!
Picked up quickly at airport. Short trip to MCar. Getting the paperwork was easy, not pushy with extras. They walk around the vehicle and take a video and pictures to document any damage. The car was washed and cleaned up.
We stayed at a hotel the night before (Courtyard Marriot on Century) - right next door to MCar. There was a night attendant on hand, making dropping off the vehicle a breeze. Key Drop Box is available when not attended.
Will definitely use MCar anytime in the area!!

I picked up my car at the Century Blvd. lot near LAX. VERY short wait for shuttle. No lines. Courteous service. Clean new Corolla loaded with the options. VERY reasonable price. Can't think of even some small thing to criticize. They were also this way when I used them years ago. And they still had me in the computer. Amazing. If flying to LAX I see no reason to even price the other outfits.
