Returning the car takes too long
All good but return takes a little long

Great price in comparison to other rental agencies. Pickup and dropoff were smooth and easy. Would rent from again!
No way to adjust pick up time when making a res on the version of the site that appears on phone.
The non-standard vehicle (15 passenger van) was exactly what we required, was about 20% less expensive than a competitor's rate, and staff was friendly and helpful.
Did not get my favourite colour of car, but else a good experience. No waiting lines at pick up was really good!
Car was a hybrid car. Very nice process was easy to pick up and drop off. Would recommend for people under 25 as the additional fee is ong 10 dollars extra a day which is great compared to 25+ fee extra day for people 25 and below.
The rental went well
Gina helped me again on this rental and I'm so glad she suggested the car I got. It was perfect for what I needed it for. My other ratings for "was the vehicle you requested available" has been below expectation because I prefer and have requested a smaller car and 80% of the time they have not had one available for me. I really don't feel comfortable driving bigger cars, but on this particular rental Gina suggested a larger car for what I needed it for and it was perfect!
