The rate I was given for insurance online was not honored when I went to pick up the car. It was $3 more than originally quoted.
Very good service and value. Really liked the use of video to record any dings and damages to the car. My only negative was that the car(s) at the lot were all dirty on the outside. I was originally offered a car covered with dust and bird droppings before requesting to switch to another cleaner car. Overall, very satisfied and will rent again in the future.
Love them! They're nice, they have great cars and good rates. They're close to the airport and I always rent from them!
The car was good. I did not get the information that I need to fill the gas tank in order not to be charged extra until I went to drop the car off.

Car was really beaten up. I had to ask for another and it was also beaten up. The process of asking for another was not exactly easy.

I had such great service I rented another car from them 2 days later for a short trip to Santa Barbara. They beat a competitors price over the phone and I got an upgrade! Keeping them on my list for the next rental for sure.
