good support but a little bit expensive
This rental agency is a delight in the midst of a multitude of car rental agencies. So professional and helpful! Both Patti and Pat at the LAX location couldn't have been more terrific! Will not hesitate to use MCar again!
Another agency was cheaper, but I went with these folks because they're local and their vehicles are generally quite nice. However, it took nearly an hour to get my car. At least the person at the counter was polite and apologized for the delay. While returning the vehicle, the person at the counter acknowledged me, then went back to texting and continued texting throughout the interaction. In addition, the rental location is FILTHY.
This was our first experience using MCar and it was a great one! Convenient shuttle service, both picking up and returning care was quick and easy! We would definitely use MCar again! Thank you!
MCAR is the ONLY car rental agency I use in Los Angeles. They are fast and efficient - I have never waited more than 15 minutes to get my car. Budget rental at LAX was a NIGHTMARE!! MCAR is the same price, or less, than other car rental agencies.
MCar was fabulous! Easy to get to on a shuttle at LAX. Super friendly staff. The car was spotless. The rates were comparable
to other quality car rental companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
there was a missing hub cap that I felt chepened the look of the vehicle it ran fine just looked cheap. good experience overall staff friendly and knowledgeable as always

The car was very clean and we had no problems with it at all foe the week we had it. Mcar was quick and efficient when handling our pickup and drop off. Would highly recommend. No surprise charges.
The car I rented was a little run down- scratches and a small dent in it, not well cleaned and only 3/4 tank of gas provided. It was also under- powered. The staff was amazing- courteous, helpful and friendly. Very quick pick up. I had a very pleasant experience with MCar, thank you
