First time with Mega Mc. The experience was great.
I feel I was the victim of a bait and switch. When I made the reservation, there was nothing on the form to indicate that this agency was not located at the CLT airport. After my reservation was booked, I looked up the company listed on the confirmation form (Mega MC, LLC) and discovered that not only was it not located at the airport, it was also closed on the day I was confirmed to pick up the rental car. I tried numerous times to call the phone number listed on Mega MC's website (busy signal)
Was not told that they do not open until 8:00am. We needed to drop off car and get shuttle to airport by 7:00am. Had to call uber to get a ride. Was charged an additional 250.00. They said car was damaged on left side. There was no damage to the car. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They should not even be in business. I tried calling the day before drop off to ask if they would be available early morning to drop off. I emailed them received no reply.

couldn't hear receptionist very well. needs to speak up more. esp w/ airport noise. hard time communicating where the shuttle was exactly. best if notating the color of the column along w/ #1 of column for pick up. / verify insurance ahead of pick up would help facilitate it quicker. otherwise great experience. staff very friendly.
