shuttle drivers were great. quick ride. awesome / new car.
Staff was very friendly. One very minor thing, a staff member took the photos of the scratches on the car and wanted me to sign before showing me the pictures. Brought it to their attention and the situation was remedied.
The std suv was more like a small car, the hours of operation we not got as needed to drop car off at 7:30 and they don't open till 9 and they spoke broken english as they we russian. the office is about 20 min from airport.
They responded by text and email to my questions about their shuttle service before the date of pickup. The big rental agencies are difficult to reach and are no responsive.
Outstanding communications via my text. Wonderful service. I got a brand new can that had less than 50 miles. Best price too. Boy, I sure hope that this outfit expands. One very minor point is to have your very kind and young office staff speak louder on the phone when one calls. We old guys are a little hard of hearing.
The vehicle we were given had not been cleaned properly. It reeked of pot and cigarette odor. We tried to endure it, but realized within just a few moments, we would stink as bad as the car.
We called the rental agency, told them we would be back in 10 minutes.
They very quickly gave us another vehicle that had been cleaned properly.

They canceled my reservation the day of travel after finding out that my flight was pushed back 20 mins past their closing time. Eventually, I got on an earlier flight and they reconfirmed my reservation, but there was needless back and forth and stress from the original cancellation. Upon arriving at the airport, I called for the shuttle and waited for 40+ minutes before being picked up. Once I got the car, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and responsive.
I had a great experience, and really appreciated the kind and helpful staff. Really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport as well!
The only problem I had with this specific location was that they didn't have 2 shuttles. I was told that I would return the car and get a ride to the airport. The shuttle has left and wouldn't return for 30 minutes. Add another 15 to go back I would be cutting it really close to making my flight. They offered some kind of 5% reimbursement for the ride I'd have to pay for to make it on time.
