The women that helped me through this was very respectful and had a great customer service.
The next one that my friend had to pick up a car it was a different woman that helped us. I believe her name was Brianna. Very disrespectful and does not have a good customer service. Also lied to me about the car that was available she said we can’t have it because it is already reserved and someone will pick it up one of her coworker said we could have the car for an increase price. A rip off.
Definitely will be renting from value rental from now on! Breanna was very understanding when unfortunately our flight was not on time and we would be getting the rental a little later. She was super friendly and provided such awesome service. We got a White Corolla and no complaints here at all! Great customer service and great prices! They definitely deserve a 10 star! Thank you for making our stay in Charlotte so much better. 👍🏼👌🏼🙌🏼
From the beginning everything was very smooth I called and a real person answered the phone the driver showed up quick and didn't take the long to do the paperwork. Was 5 minutes and I was on my way thank you for doing great job. I will rent a car In the future.
Everything was great but we waited nearly an hour for the shuttle.
Shuttle wasn’t there to pick us up from the airport on time but the staff was very helpful and nice about it.other than that it was a really good professional experience. I’ll definitely use mega Mac for all my rental needs
