We waited more than 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport, it took more than an hour to get the rental car. As we pulled out of the lot the low tire pressure light came on. Turned around and went back and they said it was just because there was not a cap on the stem. They said “it’s fine. You can just go or we can add air if you want.” I waited another 15 minutes to have air added to the tire and had to fill the tire almost daily to continue driving on it.
NEVER EVER rent from this company They canceled..30 minutes before pick up...You call..& it goes to voice mail....called both numbers & it disconnects
I will tell everyone never to rent from this company....Horrible experience...what nerve sending me a survey...

The woman who helped me CLT location on Wilkinson Blvd the evening of 2/25 was extremely helpful. She contacted me directly on my cell to assist me with changing my pickup time due to a delayed flight and helped make sure my confirmation remained the same. I travel a lot for business and I intend to use Mega MC when possible due to this very positive experience I had. I wish I took down the woman at the front desk's name -she was fantastic!
I was left stranded at airport. Never a call back. Could not reach an agent until the next day. Called 6 times and no live contact.
The price quote they gave beat the other agencies, but that was only because the other agency prices included insurance and Mega MC’s did not. I felt like this was very misleading. We waited for 50 minutes for the shuttle van to pick us up. Once we were shuttled to their agency, I was told the price I was quoted and then found out the insurance would nearly double the price which made their price below average. I wasn’t at all happy with this and will not be using them again.

The car had some minor damage (the staff did make note before leaving the lot), but I was expecting a better-kept vehicle after reserving a 2024 model. It didn't have any of the amenities or safety features a RAV4 normally has, so that was really disappointing. They also didn't allow me to use my card since I wasn't listed as a driver. When I asked to be added as a driver so I could run the charge, they wanted to charge me nearly $40/day more. Sometimes lowest price isn't the best deal.
Difetnitley never doing rental here, I booked my car rental, had confirmation and the last hour heading to distination my booking got cancel. I had to scramble and order car rental from the company name Alamo. I highly recommend you to book with Alamo awesome experience for me and my family. Please avoid renting car from mega MC.
