The staff were great, courteous and accommodating
They canceled my reservation the day of travel after finding out that my flight was pushed back 20 mins past their closing time. Eventually, I got on an earlier flight and they reconfirmed my reservation, but there was needless back and forth and stress from the original cancellation. Upon arriving at the airport, I called for the shuttle and waited for 40+ minutes before being picked up. Once I got the car, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and responsive.

The only problem I had with this specific location was that they didn't have 2 shuttles. I was told that I would return the car and get a ride to the airport. The shuttle has left and wouldn't return for 30 minutes. Add another 15 to go back I would be cutting it really close to making my flight. They offered some kind of 5% reimbursement for the ride I'd have to pay for to make it on time.
Very good experience. Smooth communication, and shuttles for airports. Totally fine when I returned the car 1 hour late which was due to flight cancellation.
The process of getting from the airport, to Mega and drop-off we’re all fast and efficient. This was my first rental experience and this will be my go-to anytime I’m in Charlotte. Thanks!
