I made my reservation 2+ weeks in advance and reserved an SUV at the rate found online. When my plane landed I received a call saying the suv I reserved was no longer available and I could only rent a mini van. I let the rep know I still needed a rental and asked if my reservation would be discounted because I was no longer getting what I paid for and was told it would. She then told me to call once I got to baggage claim to get a shuttle. I was left stranded for 45 mins and no one would ans
Not situated on the airport but the shuttle service was quick. Savings of over 50% compared to other rental car companies. I am a Hertz and Enterrprise customer but will now use MEGA MC when flying into Charlotte.
Great service
The vehicle was damaged and stained on all seats at pickup. The seats were so bad i put a towel in the seat when I got to were I was staying before driving it again. Then I was charged a fee for the seats being stained.
The services and staff was superb from beginning of the rental until returned. I recommend them to all my friends and staff. Most important was the quality of the rental....very modern

This company cancelled my rental the night before via email and I had to rent somewhere else. They never returned my call, texts, or emails.
An excellent value in Charlotte, NC. Well worth the 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Shuttle driver was polite and friendly. Office staff was also helpful and professional. They honored the reservation cost although it had not added in one of the taxes. The car was very clean and dependable. Will definitely use again.
