Both headlights were out, non-functional.
Code to access during return was not available, no response was provided by the agency.

The company was able to find us an accessible van on short notice, but the van had several issues. The driver's seat wouldn't adjust, which was a problem. I am short, and the seat was too far back and I had to drive with a backpack behind me so I could reach the pedals. The cruise control also didn't work. The van was parked at an offsite location, and it took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me to the offsite location.
The van's interior was impressively clean when we picked it up! The condition of the van was better than I would expect for a rental vehicle with 50K+ miles on it.

First of all Thank you for the good service, it is my second time using FLORIDA VAN. This time we had some problems with the vehicle.
I requested a 15-passenger VAN but they gave me a 12-passenger one.
The sliding door had difficulty opening it. The battery was weak and that caused the VAN to not start on one occasion.
The vehicle shook (somewhat uncontrollable) once it got up to 45 mph or after hitting any bump in the road. I called to let Florida Van Rental know of the safety issue and asked for replacement van. I was told another van was not available; this I totally understood. I was told to bring the van back the next day. The representative didn't consider, or appreciate movements of family members underway that day; the van was required to transport family members from place to place. Unacceptable!
They didn't answer the phone numbers to pick me up at the airport, I had to pay for a taxi.
Difficulty finding the vehicle in the parking lot.
The vehicle had too much of a musty smell.
Passenger door behind driver side did not open automatically and had to be manually opened and closed. Muffler on car was extremely pound. Air conditioner in car did not work. Seats were ripped and in poor condition on passenger side.
Not a great rental for the price paid
