I have been renting from Florida Van rentals from 2001. I have always been treated well.

There were two car seats left in the trunk of car, and so it was almost impossible to stow our luggage. We did not request these, and we were not told they would be in the vehicle. Also, the airbag light was on the whole time we had the vehicle.
Arrangements to pickup and return the vehicle were inadequate because they required driving miles away from the terminal. This was particularly unpleasant for someone traveling with a handicapped person and renting an adapted van.

Rental was cancelled with no notice. When I spoke with the manager, he made no attempt to compensate me in any way, or even apologize. He acknowledged that I had a confirmed reservation, but he said he didn't have any vehicles. He didn't even offer an alternative. There was no sense of remorse or sympathy. I will never rent from Florida Van Rentals again.

I reserved three vehicles in July for late December. A week before pickup, I was informed that only one vehicle was available. I had to scramble at the last minute to rent from another agency, at an additional cost of around $1000. When I did pick up the one vehicle available from the airport parking lot, I had to pay $39 to retrieve it (it had been sitting there for over two days). The manager was extremely unhelpful and almost belligerent. He told me that this happens all the time. I am done.
