Great rental company, will return when I need to rent a van again.
Van had some cosmetic issues. Broken Mirrors, Interior Panels popping out. The sliding side door was quite finicky. And one of the headlights was out. Didn't realize until it was already too dark to do anything about.
But I cannot complain because FVR is an excellent and convenient service that has always had vehicles available when needed.

Rental van was not delivered the night before to the RSW long term parking lot. I spent one hour walking and driving in a golf cart looking for it. I called repeatedly during this time and no one answered the phone. I expected a high roof and got a mid size. I called to complain and said manager would be contacted. No one ever called me back.
Process was very easy, from rental, to pick up and vehicle drop off.
Great Accessible Van
For a large passenger van rental in Orlando, Florida Van Rentals was a great experience. Very affordable, easy and responsive to deal with, and the van met our expectations. You have to shuttle between the airport and Wally Park, but that was pretty easy and no big deal. Thanks!
cost is starting to get a little high, paid almost $200 in taxes and fees

Ramped rattled and squeaked so bad it upset our disabled son. The van was returned early and Florida Van Rentals refused to refund the money.
