i never interacted w/anyone in person. instructions were sent via text. The van was in a designated space of the airport parking lot and the key was under the gas tank lid. We returned it the same way. Very efficient. The only thing that would have been helpful was to receive directions about which exit ramp in the airport to take to return the van (we ended up driving the loop and trying different ramps 5-6 times). Also where the parking deck entrance is. We missed it the 1st time.

The van pick up was extremely smooth and easy from Hibiscus garage!!! It was nice and clean. The van returned was supposed to be back to the same area. However, the airport police officer directed me to another spot for unknown reason but the staff was so nice to deal with the unexpected situation. I followed the instructions and took a few photos and left without any concerns or issues. If I have to point out any flaws, I would have expected that the back seats were supposed to move out but not
I wish you didn’t have a minimum of 5 days for a rental during the holidays.

My rental experience with Florida Van Rental was great. I searched several rental sites and was not able to find a twelve passenger van for our family trip. I found Florida Van Rental and they had a selection of vans to choice from. The reservation form was easy to complete and all the rental information and disclaimers were easily found on the company's website. The twelve passenger van we rented was clean above expectation, which is a big thing for my wife. First choice for van rentals!
The van was in poor condition with the side doors not opening or closing easily. Key fob didn’t work. Brakes sticky, vibrations on turning, no back up camera, running board on passenger side was not fully attached. Old vehicle with several issues. Info on return contained wrong access code
