Vehicles need an upgrade for the money we paid. We rented three vans for the third year in a row for a week in Florida with our softball team. It would be nice if the vans were clean and the ceiling was not falling down in the inside. Overall, easy rental and pickup, but the worst van quality in the past three years.

Our rental experience was smooth and easy as usual. This is my third year renting with Florida Van Rental. This year, the vans were by far the worst quality. They were very old, had pieces falling down, and just not what I expected from years previously. They were also dirty when we picked them up.

Great experience. Great customer service. I received a phone call the week before my rental period to discuss my specific needs and the appropriate van was assigned as a result.

The van I received was 30 minutes late only had 3/4 of tank of gas. Very rough condition doors didn’t close tight. The doors rattle during driving. In the back to store bags plastic cover off, which I had to install back in.

Vehicle a/c didn't work, low tire pressure light was on (had a flat tire on 3rd day of rental even though I was told the low pressure light was due to drop in air temp, windshield was so dirty I couldn't see and wipers didn't clean well. Calls at 3:30 pm were sent to a marketing firm. Finally reached person by text & phone next day. Was weekend coverage & very condescending. On Monday talked to company. Nice but couldn't get a new vehicle until we came to them Tues. Bad experience.

I rented the van because my husband's California office was coming here to meet. (He works remotely) It worked well.

Van was clean and served it's purpose. Key remote didn't work and had to manually unlock van and put key in ignition to unlock doors.
