Better communication regarding pickup process and locating rental prior to pickup date would have been beneficial. Our party was picked up and dropped off with only a photo of the license plate. Numerous calls to the rental office were made while our party walked the parking lot looking for the rental before finally speaking to an associate who informed where the rental was located. Simple and concise details should have been given with what to do once the shuttle Drop off was needed.

Lift stppped working-had to return to rental agency 35 minutes away to have it repaired. Steering wheel locked several times--had to call agency to get van to operate. Listing for van says it seats "6 or 7" and wewere assured that it would meet the needs of our group of 7. There were only 6 actual seats. The diabled individual had to stay in his mobility scooter when we used the van. This was uncomfortable and unsafe--even with the scooter tied down it tipped every time the driver stopped.

I was not given the van requested, they gave me secondary option. They should tell you upfront which car are you getting.

The van was perfect for my family. There were many of us and we were still left with a spacious van.

Van Rental was great for 11 passengers on our trip. The Van was not super fancy, but did include nice features like a backup camera in the rear view mirror. Overall, a perfect fit for our family of 11 to hit the parks and the beach with ease. Would definitely recommend for larger parties
